We take pride in creating beauty that moves with you — from the studio to the stage and every moment in between. Each Vaughan product is made-to-order and fulfilled with care by our production partner to ensure freshness, quality, and consistency in every shipment.


Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfillment queue for custom production and quality inspection.

  • Processing time: 5–9 business days before shipping.

  • Stored inventory: If we have your item pre-stocked at the warehouse, processing takes only 1–2 business days.

  • Made-to-order items: Each product is freshly produced for you — this ensures hygiene, quality, and ethical waste reduction.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Times

After processing, your order ships via one of Blanka’s trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or similar).
Estimated transit times by region:

These estimates exclude production time. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance, carrier delays, or local logistics infrastructure.

  • Global: 10–23 business days

  • Australia / NZ: 12–31 business days


Shipping Rates

We use a flat-rate system based on destination region, in line with our fulfillment partner’s rates:

  • North America

  • UK & France

  • Rest of EU / Asia / South America / Africa

  • Oceania (Australia & New Zealand)

You’ll see the applicable rate at checkout. If you choose Free Shipping offers, we cover the base logistics cost on your behalf.


International Shipping

Yes, we ship globally — though some destinations are restricted by import regulations.
Countries currently excluded from shipping include: Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, UAE, Vietnam, Egypt, and others subject to change.

If your region requires an import ID or customs declaration, our team will contact you for details to avoid delays.


Tracking & Updates

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Tracking updates sync automatically with your Vaughan account and order confirmation page.

If tracking shows as “delivered” but your parcel is missing, please:

  1. Check your mailbox, front door, or parcel locker.

  2. Ask nearby neighbors or the reception.

  3. Contact us at — we’ll liaise with the carrier to investigate.


Holiday Cut-Off Dates

During peak holidays, production and shipping times extend due to courier volume.
To ensure pre-holiday delivery, please place orders by at least 14-25 business days prior to the holiday date.


Order Issues or Damages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at info@ballroommastery.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or a short video showing the issue

We’ll review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged upon arrival.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country’s regulations. Vaughan and Blanka are not liable for these additional costs or delays caused by customs clearance.
