NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used skincare and cosmetic products, items purchased during promotional or clearance events, gift cards, and downloadable items.

REFUND POLICY.

Please note that Vaughan does not process customer returns. If a product is mistakenly returned to our fulfillment warehouse, it will be added back to our inventory with a charge of 3% of your total order for processing fee.
